This is a small trick to get a feeds only from one category of wordpress: append /feed/ to the URL of the category.

This is the URL of one of the category of this blog:
http://www.chenluyi.com/index.php/category/stanfordati/

This is the feed for this category:
http://www.chenluyi.com/index.php/category/stanfordati/feed/

I am browsing some alternative energy sources these days. And I just saw this news about using methane in rural area of China.

Why? Because we have an alternative energy panel in our upcoming conference. Acting as an organizer, you should learn something about the topics you are talking about.

To someone reading this blog, if you don’t know what alternative energy is, it’s mainly about wind power, solar power, auto generated heat from the deep under the ground, and many things else. Topix has a great page about alternative energy.

I just learned a new way to leave your email on web safely.

This is your html code:
<p id="email">Email me if you like:</p>

This is your css code:

#email:after{
/* \40 is a character entity for the '@' symbol */
content: "yourname\40somedomain.com";}

The code explains itself. A human visitor will see the following text in their browser:

Email me if you like: yourname@somedomain.com

It’s here. Just played for a while, not bad. But I won’t switch there.

Today when I was searching for past years conference information, I found that when you search for [Stanford ATI] in Google, you will trigger the following AdWord.

I wonder who did that. But a good idea.
