Conference Theme: New opportunities for China
When: Wednesday, August 16, 2006, 9:00am-5:00pm
Where: Zhangjiang High-Tech Park, Shanghai

In the conference we are going to talk about emerging business opportunity from longtail, decentralization, and social community. I am trying not to use the buzz word “Web 2.0″ here, because lots of people are misusing this word.

Intellectual property is another topic in the conference. My idea is this: The central of Web 2.0 is the new way of content generation and distribution. Talking about content will bring the copyright issue. Without this, many business models won’t exist.

We also have an alternative energy panel. I don’t know much in this area, but this makes our conference more versatile.

Now the conference team are working day and night to finalize speakers and public relation issues. You can take a look at our panel wiki to know more about the topics in the conference. If you wanna attend the conference, go ahead and register.

I just found a new feature in Google Notebook, that you can find deleted notes in trash. When you delete something, it will show a line of highlighted text inform you the trash folder. The style is quite gmail way. Stuffs in trash folder will be purged in 30 days. As long as the speed is acceptable, I am now using this as my main notebook.

What is iPod Flea? This guy imagined a little brother of iPod shuffle in the series. A great idea for Apple. Who said this cannot come true?

Here is the way:

1. Open Outlook Express, creat an empty email, and add your binary file as attachment
2. Save your mail with .eml format
3. Open the .eml file with Notepad, copy and paste the text to anywhere you want.
